By adding Lunalith to your Discord server or using the web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By using Lunalith, you also certify that you meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service to use the platform (13 years old, and 15 years old for French residents regarding consent to data processing without parental authorization).
Lunalith is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing the following modules: moderation, leveling, stats, tickets, SmartEyes AI moderation, announcements, TempVoice, and Watchdog. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period and may be subject to future changes.

Lunalith uses Discord OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. We do not store passwords. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, revoke the Lunalith OAuth connection in your Discord settings immediately.
All content within your Discord server belongs to you and your members.
SmartEyes is an AI-assisted moderation tool. It may produce false positives or miss harmful content. All automated actions can be undone by server staff. Lunalith does not guarantee 100% detection accuracy. Server administrators retain final decision-making authority over all moderation actions.
The processing of users' personal data and data collected by the bot (messages analyzed by SmartEyes, logs, user profiles) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law.
Lunalith is provided without any uptime guarantee. We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance at any time. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the service for operational, security, or legal reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant downtime via the support server.
Lunalith, its name, logo, source code, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of their author. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent. Discord integrations remain subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Brand Guidelines.
Lunalith is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban access to the service (bot and dashboard) for any user or server.
Premium users (Paid):
To ensure the security of the service, Lunalith reserves the right to retain the technical identifiers (Discord IDs) of banned users in an exclusion list (blacklist) to prevent any re-registration or abusive reuse.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the support server.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of France shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not override the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
